From R&D to Final Product
R&D
Every Urbio product begins with engineering. Our R&D teams develop, prototype and validate lighting, electronic and mechanical solutions before they enter production. Product design, performance, integration and manufacturability are considered from the very first stage.
SMD Plant
PCB printing and precision mounting of LEDs, connectors and sensors create the electronic modules used throughout our lighting products.
Metal Fabrication
Metal profiles are cut, bent and prepared in-house to produce the brackets and structural components required for correct installation, positioning and light distribution.
Electrical Assembly
Electrical panels, telemanagement modules and control components are assembled, connected and integrated within our production facilities.
Luminaire Assembly
All components come together in the final production stage. LED modules, mechanical parts, electrical components and smart control technologies are assembled into complete Urbio luminaires, checked and prepared for deployment.
Manufactured Equipment
Manufactured Equipment
Our manufactured portfolio brings together LED lighting, intelligent sensors, controllers and connected urban infrastructure.
