Eight hours a day, city to city, door to door — based in Spain, in-market, always close to the client. No desk, no office. If that reads like a grind, this isn’t for you. If it reads like the fastest way to build something and get paid for it, keep going.
- 5+ years in field sales, with a real track record of opening accounts and hunting new business.
- Experience selling to municipalities, public authorities or through public tenders (B2G).
- Native or fluent Spanish, plus working English.
- A driving licence — and no problem living out of the car, five days a week.
- Comfortable holding a numbers conversation — walking a mayor through cost, savings and funding routes.
- Hunger, hustle and resilience — you keep dialling after the tenth no.
- Charisma that opens doors, and integrity that keeps them open.
- Self-directed. You don’t wait to be managed; you run your territory like it’s your own company.
- You’d rather own an empty market than inherit a full one.
